Professor Jerry Okonkwo Aguolu
Chairman of the Board / CEO
Prof. Jerry Okonkwo Aguolu MSc, PhD, MD, FAAFP, DSc is the Chairman of Memorial Specialist Hospital Medical Complex Limited, Awka Anambra State Nigeria. He is a consultant physician, scientist, pharmacologist and seasoned entrepreneur. He is the Founding Chairman of Harvard Petroleum International Nigeria Ltd. in 2004, forming the original Board of Directors.
Educated at University of California Los Angeles and Berkeley with BS mathematics and microbiology; University of California medical school (a graduate school) with MSc comparative pathology and toxicology; and PhD cardiovascular pharmacology as post graduate clinical training. He has specialized training in Paediatrics, Internal medicine, Geriatric medicine, Regenerative medicine, Occupational/Industrial and Occupational medicine, Clinical Cardiovascular pharmacology and alternative medicine.
Dr Jerry Aguolu is a Professor and a Consultant Physician Clinical Cardiovascular in several hospitals and institutions. He is the Medical Director, Centinela Medical Centre SB; American Cardiocare Medical Centre inc; MENS Health USA Inc; Better Weigh USA Inc; Centinela Urgent Care Centres USA and Chairman, Harvard International Petroleum Company Limited, Awka, Anambra State Nigeria. He is also Chairman of Board/Medical Director, Komfortcare Health Plan – A non-profit 501c3 organization – providing healthcare to homeless and uninsured. Also Vice Chairman & Chief Medical Consultant, Mercy Airlift USA, an international non-governmental organization. An expert witness for the judicial systems on occupational/industrial medicine and environmental medicine especially toxic materials and refineries.

Sam Alexander Morais Natt, II
President / COO
Sam Alexander Morais Natt, II is the President & COO of Harvard Petroleum Int’l Inc. USA. His multiple degrees and credentials include BSc. Political Science, and Micro-Economic from the University of Liberia 1979. MSc. Micro-Economics/International Business, King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, 1984-86.
He is also a Visiting Fellow: London School of Economics 1986-87. Micro-Economics with emphasis on Africa and Geo-Politics, Middle East Studies.

Engr. Kennedy Chinyelugo Umezulike
ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONIC ENGINEER / MANAGING DIRECTOR
Kennedy is a graduate of electrical/ electronic engineering from University of Maiduguri, Nigeria. He is a member of the Nigerian society of engineers (NSE) and the Institute of Electrical and Electrical Engineering (IEEE). He holds a certificate in Entrepreneurship from Bocconi University, Milano, Italy and a certified associate certificate in project management (CAPM). His extensive experience in project management has helped in moving the company forward.

Gregory P. Forest
VICE PRESIDENT
Gregory P. Forest is Director of International Trade for Harvard Petroleum. He was the President and Managing Director of an international advisory firm for energy and technology; and Owner of a media, public relations, investor relations, and corporate communications agency. Previously, he was Snr. Director of an advertising agency, producer of a Hollywood Jazz Radio Entertainment Channel, and partnered in a behavioral assessment firm analyzing, qualitative & quantitative, metric-based assessments. His diverse network of affiliations and resources, gives him key abilities to form strategic alliances and corporate partnerships.

Cheryl Turner, Esq
CORPORATE GENERAL COUNSEL INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS LAW
Cheryl Turner is a trial lawyer, transactional attorney and former Commissioner for the State of California. For over 20 years, her legal practice emphasis has been on civil rights, consumer rights, business, tax, real estate, and transportation law. Ms. Turner also advises and assists clients with tax and regulatory compliance issues. Holding B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Southern California (USC), she is a former Real Estate Broker. She was selected by Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti for the LA Convention and Exhibition Center Authority as Vice President, and President of the board of directors for the Apartment Owner's Association of Los Angeles County.

Prince Ikenna Umezulike FCA
CERTIFIED CHARTER ACCOUNTANT / CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Prince Ikenna is CFO of Harvard Petroleum, Director in the company, and a certified Forensic Accountant. A graduate of Accountancy, he holds Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) professional certificate since 2003, a Fellow of the Institute and holds an MBA (Accountancy). He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and was also certified by ISACA (USA) as an Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He has acquired vast experience in accounting and tax services through exposure gained during his working years with different organizations in the industry. Prince Ikenna has brought his expertise and managerial ability to move the firm to an amiable level.

Engr. Tonna Aguolu
ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC ENGINEER /CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER /DIRECTOR
Tonna Aguolu is a seasoned Oil and Gas professional with over 10 years’ experience in the industry. He has worked in Multinational companies such as Schlumberger and BP (British Petroleum) in various locations across Africa and Europe. Tonna brings expertise in the areas of Engineering Technology, International Procurement and Supply Chain Management. Tonna has a B. Eng Electrical Electronic Engineering from University of Maiduguri, MSc. Wireless Communications from Glasgow Caledonian University and is currently concluding a PhD at King's College London, in Telecommunications. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).

Engr. (Mrs.) Edith Nlewedi
CHEMICAL AND PETROLEUM ENGINEER /DIRECTOR
Edith Nlewedim is a member of the Board of Directors of Harvard Petroleum. She's a graduate of Chemical Engineering from Enugu State University of Technology, Enugu State Nigeria and a member of Nigerian society of chemical engineers. She was with Eleme Petrochemical company in Port Harcourt and Masanete Projects Limited as Project Engineer.

Davis Danjuma Banbil
MARINE ENGINEER /DIRECTOR, MARINE OPERATIONS
Davis D. Banbil is a highly experienced marine engineer in ship handling, deep sea navigation and maritime operations. He has experience in deep sea going vessels, and has worked with various oilfield service vessels, motor tankers, tugs etc. He has been actively involved in shipping operations over the years and has particular expertise in marine/tank farm operations and management. He has a diploma in vessel handling and mooring from the Maritime Academy of Teshie Accra, Ghana. Engr Davis worked in different parts of Africa including Ghana, Angola, Gabon with longtime involvement in servicing oil companies like Addax Oil & Gas Ltd., Adamac Group Nig, and Vego International Oil Nig. Ltd.
